De momentsleutels van Chicago Pneumatic zijn ontworpen voor langdurige nauwkeurigheid tot 25.000 cycli bij 4% volgens ISO 6789-1:2017. Om voor robuustheid te zorgen, heeft de vaste ratel met peervormige kop een mechanisme met 54 tanden voor stappen van 6,6°. Er wordt een niet-indringend geluidssignaal gegeven wanneer het aandraaimoment is bereikt. Elke momentsleutel wordt geleverd met een beschermende blaasgegoten koffer met ISO 6789 kalibratiecertificaat. De ratelkop heeft een dopvergrendeling en snelsluitsysteem.
