Since when are you a Chicago Pneumatic Tools Distributor?
Myself as a partner started as a Chicago Pneumatic distributor in the year 1993 and Ruchit joined in the year 2000.
We have fond memories of Chicago Pneumatic Mulund plant - then Nashik plant and were part of Chicago Pneumatic’s journey form Consolidated Pneumatic to Chicago Pneumatic.
How has been the journey so far?
Our journey as Chicago Pneumatic distributor has been exciting and challenging as well…
Exciting because we grew from a trading organisation to solution provider for customers in various sectors for their complex applications.
Challenging because COVID 19, lockdowns and Online business changed the established norms of doing business and it opened our vision to incorporate use of technology to become smart business enterprise confident of performing under any circumstances with support and guidance of team Chicago Pneumatic .
Tell us something about yourself and your team?
We are an Enthusiastic Entrepreneurs – Mr. Vikram Patel, Mr. Ruchit Doshi and Mr. Hitesh Doshi all commerce graduates, with humble beginning we now have a committed team for Sales and Service with basic aim to give best solution to customer by understanding their application, informing them of new developments and building trust in them to consider us as their first choice as a solution provider.
What is the best thing you like about being a Chicago Pneumatic Tools Distributor?
We proudly introduce ourselves to customers as a Chicago Pneumatic distributor and they welcome us with trust and respect because of brand image of Chicago Pneumatic.
Ensures best quality products with constant technological upgradation backed by after sale service and environment friendly striving to be Carbon neutral.
What are your future plans?
We understand future is challenging and customer’s requirement will change with extra focus on sustainability and safety, so we too are gearing up to provide solutions accordingly like AWS (Advance Wheel Solutions), CP86 -Cordless Nut Runner, Battery Tools, Air Motors, Air Audit to avoid leakages and for optimum use of Compressed Air.
Concentrate on our key accounts, expand our reach in to untapped market and actively interact with contractors having huge Infrastructure and Defence projects.
Your most memorable moment with Chicago Pneumatic Tools? Why?
Most memorable or say unbelievable moment would be getting single project order from Reliance Industries of more than 1500 grinders.
What do you do in your spare time? Hobbies if any?
I love seeing movies/dramas in theatre, reading fiction and thrillers. I love cricket (with India as my favourite team) and football (with Barcelona as my favourite club, though I miss seeing Messi play there).
