To bridge the gap between our manual torque wrenches and the flagship line of CP86 battery torque wrenches, Chicago Pneumatic is excited to announce the introduction of CP89 Electric Torque Wrenches. This range will offer the durability and performance of a manual torque wrench, combined with the accuracy, control, and connectivity found in a digital solution.
Connected CP89 models utilize the CPLinQ app, allowing users to gain control of their production process.
The potential for error is greatly reduced via the use of dedicated Torque, Angle, and Torque Check P-Sets assigned to the tool.
P-Sets can be further customized with re-hit detection, Minimum Accuracy, Maximum Accuracy, and Sequencing options.
CPLinQ reporting features give managers the information they need to improve operational efficiency. Filtered by hour, job, shift, or day, the information collected can help uncover production bottlenecks and areas for process improvement.
