In one example, compressed air motors are used to sharpen blades for cutting paper and cardboard.
The need: The customer needed a compact motor that could operate reliably at high speeds of more than 13,000 rpm. The motor had to withstand the harsh operating environments and rotate in an anti-clockwise direction.
The solution: We recommended our M39-23 heavy duty motor which provides a powerful high speed, but in a small size. It also delivers long life time in arduous conditions.
The outcome: Since installing the motor, the customer has benefitted from high efficiency and been able to save space in the machine. They motor has experienced no overloads, and thanks to its reliability, the customer has been able to reduce maintenance costs.
